Modality to benefit from warranty
To ask substitution or assistance of a device covered by warranty, it is necessary to send the device to our engineering office. Damages suffered by the device during the shipment to our engineering office cannot be allocated to us. Restitution time is up to two weeks, depending on the kind of assistance the device needs
Shipment costs to our engineering office and of restitution are allocated to the client. The product must be provided with its original packaging and manuals.
Consumable products are not covered from warranty, unless strong manufacturing defects reported within 30 days from delivery.
For products received damaged owing to shipment and products different from the ordered ones, report needs to be submitted within the 24 hours from products’ receipt. If damage can be seen at the moment of delivery, this must be reported immediately to us through a phone call or an e-mail. On the contrary, refund requests are not accepted.
